Avantages
This company has a really strong culture - sets strong expectations for each individual contributor. Managers support sales reps, listen, make process change when needed and are realistic with metrics. A lot of flexibility to work when and where you want. Highly recommended, great place to work.
Inconvénients
Startup environment (which can be a con if you are not ready for it) you must be flexible and this can frustrate some but if you are ready for constant change you will be fine!
