Avantages

Reliance Matrix has had rapid growth and with that comes some growing pains, but I am seeing such a movement for advancing in technology , best practices and training. Although I am only about 1 year into my employment and have no previous experience in this industry, in a generalized comparison to previous employers the compensation is fair and I feel more of a work/life balance than in previous jobs.

Inconvénients

Workload can get overwhelming at times, a more structured mentoring period after 12 week ILT would be highly beneficial to new examiners, particularly examiners with no previous claims experience.

Reliance Matrix offers fantastic opportunities for learning, training, and promotion. I am a direct example: I have been promoted 8 times during my tenure and continue to learn and grow each day. This is a place where dedication and performance are recognized and rewarded. Management consistently demonstrates that they value employees by working hard to keep us informed of the company's direction. Compensation and benefits are strong, and leadership proactively evaluates and improves what they offer. Work-life balance is not just promoted, it is encouraged. We have a generous amount of PTO, and the team collaborates well to ensure everyone can take time off when needed.

Inconvénients

While no job is "perfect," it is genuinely difficult to find significant faults. My primary suggestion is for the company to maintain its dedication to the current employee experience model — it is clearly working and is a significant factor in retention.
