My experience with this company was awesome, it's such a good company inspite of not having so big strengh. I started my career with this and it gave me all the opportunities to grow myself in IT industry as a software developer by giving chances to learn and implement new technologies as per market. It gave me chances to become a full stack developer. Here only I learned everything with respect to software development like analysis, estimation, technical design, coding, unit testing, deployment, validation, clients/US business interactions etc. I had worked in very big companies like Accenture, UHG but here in company(RST) we get opportunities to learn more technologies and implement them in real live projects, this is what a software professional needs at the end of the day. Salary wise also its good, hike is also good based on performance, I'm sure someone will be able to perform very well if he/she gets such opportunities which RST provides. We get great support from Architect or manager here to achieve our deliverables.
Overall, we must work here once.

It's a very good company for freshers and less experienced people.
