While most appreciate the entrepreneurial culture, folks from large corporations may benefit from working closely with leadership so they can find their rhythm more quickly.

Management is engaged, responsive and care about their employees. Solid benefits, interesting and varied work, great co-workers, and unlimited opportunity. President and CEO are very responsive to meeting employee needs and extremely open to input and willing to support and pursue new ideas when you articulate the business case.

These are not so much cons, but just things to consider. ReliaSource is a small business so you will need to get your hands dirty from time to time, but the flip side to that is that there is zero beauracracy to deal with to get things done. There is nowhere to hide in a small business...if you perform you will love it, but if you want to coast this is not the place for you.
