Avantages
Good people but most are now leaving. Interesting technology.
Inconvénients
Company has shrunk significantly over the last year due to both making stuff redundant (despite openly promising this would not happen) and people losing faith/trust and opting to leave. This has left remaining employees picking up the slack and workloads have doubled if not tripled without fair compensation. The general consensus is that the company is running out of money and going to collapse within the near future. This has led to most if not all current employees actively searching for new jobs. I think 6 employees have left in the last month. Senior leadership have finally given in to calls to hire more staff which is why I wanted to present an honest picture to potential candidates on here - I would avoid Relative Insight, there is no job security and it is a negative place to work. You will most likely be hunting for a job within a few months. The company lacks strong leadership (both CEO and CRO) to blame... the company has been operating for a number of years (5+) and has still not been able to break even. There is no long term strategy, the CRO is under pressure to secure sales/contract renewals which means over promising on what our tech can do and ultimately under delivering. This leaves a massive gap in revenue due to churn, that sales and revenue teams are pushed to fill by any means necessary. It is a cycle of poor business practice and prioritising short term wins over long term customer satisfaction. It is a sinking ship. It is a shame as the backstory and founders are great - they just got in to bed with the wrong people.
