Avantages

None, not a single pro at this company

Inconvénients

False impression given of the company, managers and HR. Act very nice during interviews but once you’re in they don’t care about you. Employees aren’t able to apply for jobs outside the firm as you are seen as a waste of time and money. Appalling HR and management. Gaslighting from HR. Not open to feedback or adjustments. Racist and sexist comments made by managers and colleagues. Predatory behaviour from employees. Favourite employees are given benefits and treated nicely. If managers don’t like you, they will treat you as such. Head of HR and managers not supportive and were incredibly rude. No support during training - you are thrown into the work with strict deadlines and no proper strategy, you get passed around colleagues who clearly don’t want to help. During interview they stated their employee retention was good for at least a few years at a time, when I got there everyone has been there from 3 weeks to a few months - they are always advertising new roles and have new staff - clearly not truthful. 7 days for holidays. Very competitive environment, not professional - swearing, inappropriate comments, throwing items around the room. Very cramped, not enough space to accommodate all staff. Not the environment for disabled persons access - cramped on desks, little room for moving around.

Avantages

Pay was acceptable for some roles and the business could provide varied experience due to moving staff across departments. Some nice people.

Inconvénients

A deeply unhealthy workplace culture where inappropriate behaviour was too often tolerated and concerns did not appear to be taken seriously. Professional boundaries felt inconsistent, and conduct that would be unacceptable in many modern organisations could be brushed aside or normalised. Management standards felt weak and inconsistent. Favouritism appeared to matter more than competence, with some individuals protected while others were criticised or overlooked. Accountability did not seem to apply equally. There was little sense of fair progression, with roles and opportunities appearing to be handed out informally rather than through transparent internal processes. Hard work and capability did not always feel recognised. The environment could feel cliquey, exclusionary and at times demeaning, particularly if you did not fit the preferred social dynamic. Raising genuine concerns risked being labelled oversensitive rather than being supported. Overall, this was not a workplace that inspired trust, respect or confidence in leadership.
