      Avantages

      I thoroughly enjoy coming to work. Everyone gets along well the majority of the time and work hard to be collaborative. Input is often given and appreciated, no matter what position you hold or what the topic is. The pay is competive and better than other similar companies. Located in a easy to access area.

      Inconvénients

      No health/medical benefits. Can be odd hours if you're working an event, but that is the event industry life.

      Avantages

      People are the biggest pro at Reedville. Everyone works well together. Definitely work as a team. From the owner down, we are all treated with respect.

      Inconvénients

      No cons for me. High up on my list of best places I have worked.
