Avantages

Upper management has no clue what the players do (no team, no communication) so in that regard you do what you want. And they do what they want, which is usually fire people as a way to show momentum and action? Strangest working environment.

Inconvénients

Cancer, this company is a cancer. Mutated, warped, unhealthy in every way.
