Avantages

They pay on time. Pay problems get solved in a day.

Inconvénients

They provide the absolute cheapest equipment possible. For a security contract in Afghanistan they bought cheap AR-15 rifles. Pins fell out and magazines would not stay in the rifles. The pistols they bought had known mechanical problems. The pistols started breaking after about 300 - 500 rounds fired. The binoculars they gave us were cheap chinese knock offs that you couldn't see through. The magazine pouches were cheap and came apart. On boarding paperwork had to be filled out numerous times. Some new hires did not meet the qualifications specified in the contract. Some new hires arrived in Afghanistan without the receiving contract knowing they were coming. We are currently more than ten people under our contractually required minimum staffing level and recruiting will only send one or two people a month, even though we loose five to ten people a month. Many of us think Reed is trying to loose the contract. People are leaving for higher paying unarmed jobs.
