      good job for entry level management, no degree required

      always running lean on staff, have to do multiple jobs not just my title.

      Avantages

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
