- Toxic culture: they seem to fire people more readily than most companies. At the management level, the blame game is often played and reporting managers often absolve themselves of any involvement in challenges, choosing instead of make their team the scapegoat. - Incompetent management: the managers establish goals and KPIs for the team to meet but often choose to have nearly zero involvement in achieving these goals. Which could be a good thing, since they often seem to know little about marketing and branding anyway, seeing as they make demands that are illogical or out of touch. Their direction is often myopic and reflects shallow thinking. - Low salary: they pay very poorly, with little to no yearly increment and no bonuses whatsoever - Poor career prospects: it is extremely difficult to get promoted as no clear and quantifiable expectations are set. Expect to stay for many years before you are considered for a promotion. If they promote you into a different role, they will attempt to shortchange you by giving you a title with lower seniority than your current role. There seems to also be no headcount that allows for employees to be promoted. - Few benefits: don't expect any benefits other than the bare necessities. - Sterile office culture: they claim to be dynamic but are the total opposite of it. Working in Reebonz is neither fun nor rewarding - it is boring and dreadful. - Extremely high turnover rate, which reflects how poor Reebonz is as an employer.
