      Avantages

      The security/privacy work and the variety of clients were really interesting. The main office in Carpinteria is a lovely small town in Central CA with clean beaches and nearby mountains.

      Inconvénients

      It was really too bad the founder stepped down leaving the company without a solid leader and the company lost its fun and creative startup environment.

      Avantages

      The CEO is great and available to all employees. The engineering team in particular is easygoing and are all friendly. The location is top notch as Carpinteria and Santa Barbara are affordable places to live with great natural beauty.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of internal processes, although this is improving. Must be open to nonstructured environments. The support is there if you seek it out, but if you don't, you may be left flailing in the wind.
