      Avantages

      Redbuilt does a profit share bi quarterly, has 401k match up to 3%. You start acquiring vacation hours when you start with the company and it's super easy to get time off. Moving up within the company is relatively easy as long as you have initiative

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a bit low for how much work/time employees give

      Avantages

      Laid back and friendly. People like to talk to interact with each other and there isn't a high pressure to get things done on a deadline if you require more time.

      Inconvénients

      Have to be self-drive to move up. You have to actively take additional work and classes to achieve raises and promotions.
