      Avantages

      This is a motivated atmosphere, but I wouldn't call it stressful. But I definitely felt inspired to act and I didn't feel comfortable when I was being a mental loafer or slacking at work. Management knows how to give you achievable goals -- they don't make the same mistake that a lot of these types of places do and treat it like a cattle call. They really work with you to augment your skills.

      Inconvénients

      There are some challenges from time to time. But the good thing is that there are many people who are willing to help you.

      Avantages

      This place is actually an excellent learning tool for your own finances. You end up working with a lot of people who have mismanaged their financial situations. It's not always the easiest to learn from other people's mistakes but I really do feel like I did that working here. It was a good work environment -- I liked my peers and my higher-ups. I left receivables performance management only because I got an offer I couldn't refuse from another company.

      Inconvénients

      Learning the ins and outs of the job may take time. But once you get familiar with everything, you will realize that it is a fantastic learning experience.

      Straightforward, easy to get a job, expectations are clear.

      can be tough at times when the people you call are uncooperative and rude.
