      Avantages

      Most members of the executive team are friendly and approachable. Most employees are hard-working and talented.

      Inconvénients

      No opportunity for career growth. Poor communication. Lack of resources suffocate revenue growth. Growing reliance on unproven revenue sources.

      Avantages

      Great culture from top to bottom. 401k, good benefits, good marketing, nice location in Irvine, gym in the office.

      Inconvénients

      Little too much turnover in some parts of the business.

      Avantages

      This company has had it's ups and downs for sure, but they are building a great team and I am glad to be part of it. The company gets along like few I have ever worked at. The management seeks input and things move forward, I know they had many issues just a few years ago, but the new owners (PE firm) care about the future, they participate in a pro active manner and I believe the company has a very bright future. Definitely glad I came!

      Inconvénients

      They have some tendencies from startup days, but are open to change.
