      There are some great, 'normal' people working there

      Inconvénients

      You're working at a place where upper management (excluding executive level) has no intention of promoting, especially from within. Instead, they do the exact opposite because they're scared of losing their spot. Environment is extremely unprofessional and if you reach out to HR, you will pay for it.

      Inconvénients

      It is a social place so the better you network, the better your chances to move up or across the department. Be sure to keep good records of everything as management will make promises but will not deliver. Turnover was very high so bottlenecks was a regular thing.
