      Avantages

      Great Atmosphere where you can wear almost anything in to work. The bosses and co-workers were great to work with and there was great chemistry in work space.

      Inconvénients

      The kind of work I was doing almost became mundane and repetitive after working there for a month. I couldn't expect too much because I was working as a 6 month co-op from a nearby university.

      Avantages

      The work atmosphere is relaxed and the company has a great work life balance. The people at RWW are the strength of the company because they make it engaging to be at work. Leadership looks for people who will be a great fit in the office rather than over-focusing on the technical side which ensures the team stays loose and fun.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not ideal. The Australian branch of the company (bidenergy) is slow to integrate it's product into the US which dilutes the growth opportunity of the company.
