Avantages
Real is involved in a number of interesting markets in the digital media/entertainment sector, especially online music and casual games. There are a lot of really great, and really smart people who work there; it's unfortunate that most of those people end up leaving within 18 months because nothing gets done.
Inconvénients
Watching smart, motivated performers be broken down by Real's caustic, Rob-centric culture into bitter, cynical 9-5ers who embrace the saying "it is what it is." Knowing that instead of shooting for the best work possible, you end up having to settle for the least-bad, as a result of micro-managing and poorly thought-out and abysmally communicated strategies.
