      Avantages

      - Leadership genuinely cares about everyone that works here - Leadership is open to hearing and trying new ideas proposed by team members - You are able to get exposure to a variety of different types of work - This is a team oriented atmosphere with lots of open collaboration among colleagues

      Inconvénients

      Hard to think of realistic Cons, but if I have to list some: - some of the travel can be hard on you, but that portion is fairly limited - this is currently a small company (10-15), so don't expect the same types/quantities of benefits that would accompany a much larger (100+ employee) company. That being said, you are more than just a number here.

      Avantages

      All employees are great at what they do. Management continually wants their employees and clients to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      I've had no regrets while being a part of Real Projectives.
