      Inconvénients

      Management and pay policies need improvement. The organisation promotes European values publicly, yet internal practices don’t always align — low salaries, unpaid overtime, and lack of consistency in agreements.

      Avantages

      I worked at ReadLab as intern during the summer of 2024 for about 2 and half month, and i can say that everything that was presented to me as projects and workflow was very stimulating. A great team with kind people, always ready to help out.

      Inconvénients

      Because the nature of my work ( creating assets for a VR experience ) sometimes it would get a bit repetitive. It's unfortunate, but part of the job.
