Avantages

Colleagues are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Sadly they are stretched thin & not given tools to succeed.

Inconvénients

Company is in a constant state of disarray & lacks organization in almost every area. Products & services come & go without rhyme or reason, if there is one that isn't communicated to employees. Staff is worked to the bone with below market compensation & no respect for their time or expertise.

Avantages

- My manager was great - Lots of opportunity for growth due to smaller US team - Well known and respected company in the marketplace - SDU teams are great - Everyone generally positive and willing to help

Inconvénients

- Barriers to closing sales (legal/contracts and proposals take weeks or more) - Onboarding is messy - Lots of turnover - Very unrealistic quota - Limited training on products - Frequent very early morning and very late night calls due to global team time difference - Commission caps on large deals - Geopolitical stuff limits China office use - AI/Insuretechs are changing the industry - You really need experience at an insurance agency as a producer or account manager to be successful
