- Okay onboarding process - Hands on bosses but might be too hands-on - Somehow trusts their people - Boundaries when it comes to working late/weekends - HMO, gadget allowance, upskilling allowance - There are other departments you can join in if you wanted to learn more - There's accountability from management somehow but not the way employees want it to be resolved, but at least they try
Inconvénients
- Complacency in the quality of work sometimes - Didn't see how the company will be growing and scaling despite the unique core services - The way of charging clients seem to not match industry standards hence causing the org to be stagnant in compensation - Workload measurement seem to be outdated. It's not normal to have less than 4-5 creatives and 4-5 accounts people and 2 paid media specialist for 12++ brands
