      Avantages

      - Remote work - Flexible time - Has gadget/training allowance - Team buildings fully paid by company - Has subscriptions to premium resource websites - Co-workers are efficient with their jobs

      Inconvénients

      - Management has favoritism - Promotions are hard since it's a relatively small company right now (2024) - There are times you can't say no to tasks, even if said task was deemed as optional or non-company related - Management has accountability/de-escalation concerns when mistakes are made - Questionable salary raise requirements - Delayed benefits

      Avantages

      - Okay onboarding process - Hands on bosses but might be too hands-on - Somehow trusts their people - Boundaries when it comes to working late/weekends - HMO, gadget allowance, upskilling allowance - There are other departments you can join in if you wanted to learn more - There's accountability from management somehow but not the way employees want it to be resolved, but at least they try

      Inconvénients

      - Complacency in the quality of work sometimes - Didn't see how the company will be growing and scaling despite the unique core services - The way of charging clients seem to not match industry standards hence causing the org to be stagnant in compensation - Workload measurement seem to be outdated. It's not normal to have less than 4-5 creatives and 4-5 accounts people and 2 paid media specialist for 12++ brands
