Taking Away Raises and Bonuses - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Rave Financial Credit Union

They are taking away raises and bonuses from employees because they aren’t turning a profit. Although we were told it was because of higher interest rates and the economy, most of us are smart enough to figure out it’s because of mismanagement. They changed the name last year (huge cost) so they could move out toward Houston and recently built 2 branches (huge costs) out that way. Management created this problem and should have to pay for it, not the employees. We’re struggling as it is but legitimately because of the economy.
