Avantages
-There's a strong sense of purpose throughout the whole company. Everyone is incredibly kind, genuine, driven, and smart. -You'll have the chance to work on many types of projects and initiatives and start contributing immediately. -Rattle's product is awesome. Once people see it, they're blown away at how helpful it is. -Interesting travel opportunities and chances to connect with remote team members.
Inconvénients
It's a startup, so you will wear many hats and the structure is loose at times. I love that dynamic, but maybe it's not for everyone.
