      Avantages

      No Pros at All. Completely unorganized. Anytime punch block or suspension or sacking. Without any reason transfer anytime. No paid leave. All old HR people left. New HR are puppet. leave not allowed. Better to be unemployed rather than in this company.

      Inconvénients

      After full month of work, salary hold and cut even for 10 days are very normal here. No fixed salary date. Forgot your family life. No appraisal. Everywhere politics and slang language. Horrible culture. Join completely at your own risk. Better to be unemployed rather than in this company.
