Avantages
I was incredibly lucky to work in Rarible for 10 months as a Senior Backend Developer. Having no previous experience in blockchain technology, I was taught in a short time all the basics of Ethereum/Solana mechanics and entered the world of Web3. For me personally all people I met there were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the technical part of the work.
Inconvénients
Rarible's NFT market share is getting declined in the highly competitive space. Given financial difficulties, it became hard to predict my personal financial growth and forecast opportunities for 1-2 years. Several developed projects were postponed for a long time even though being in a complete state. I think their importance was over-estimated.
