      Inconvénients

      -Business problems can run faster than working-in-progress solutions (faster like you will need to redefine or start again de solving plan) -Great and constant data problem to solve (could be a pro if you like to solve data problems or develop better solutions) -Salary range gaps between similar or same roles -Depending on the area, high people rotation -Depending on the area, not easy going environment and communication

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
