      Everything is a mess. Goals are not clear. There are no standard processes stablished. Everything is Colombian based and does not worl for every market

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
