Avantages
The location of the company is good. The crowd around is good. Good eating options though they will lighten your pockets a little. Pretty comfortable work culture. Flexible timings but on the same time depends on your manager. If you are good at buttering your manager, you can climb the ladder really up. Its a small firm so you get more exposure.
Inconvénients
Some of the managers play dirty politics within their teams. V.P.'s are the worst. All they look fwd to is cost cutting. The people are less knowledgeable. Mostly its the people who have kind of settled in company from the very first day. Lately it has become a local Indian company with no ethical values. Low compensation (not as per the market standards) The appraisals are only done for the name sake.
