      Avantages

      Some of the staff are great & there's a pool table.

      Inconvénients

      The management are beyond clueless and extremely unprofessional. The owner changes the direction the company is heading and then sacks people on the spot as they don't fit into those plans. Then, he usually changes his mind back again and finds that he is short staffed.

      Great friendly and professional. The team at Ranking Solutions are truly some of the greatest people I've had the pleasure of working alongside.

      Avantages

      5pm, Home time. Never to be working there again.

      Inconvénients

      Manager is passive, rude to staff, rude to customers, IRRATIC is an understatement. Spends all his money and incentives on staff who never show up and the staff that are loyal get nothing but grief.
