Avantages
- There are some of the most passionate employees there that are always willing to help. - Shortly after employment, you will realize the people you can rely on. - Jeff appears to be making a conscious effort with revamping the culture and attempting to retain talent. (They are still a while away from being finished)
Inconvénients
1.) Office Politics, Office Politics, Office Politics... cliques are understandable. When you have grown adults trying throw you under the bus solely to advance their career your company has issues. We're on the same team people! Talk about childish. Management is either that clueless or just looks the other way. Nonetheless, ignorance is not an excuse. 2.) Respect is earned. Trust is gained. Loyalty is then returned. I feel like certain managers could benefit from the leadership circles that Chris is offering. It's hard to respect you if you are preaching one thing but doing the complete opposite. 3.) There were certain people doing the work of 1.5-2 people. They were doing above and beyond what their peers were doing. However, they were continuing to make average salary/bonus. These individuals are going to be recruited to another company sooner or later. Overall, i feel like Randa is a stepping stone.
