      Avantages

      Grace message makes Rancho a primer church and school. No Catholic guilt or heavy hand taught in bible classes. Students are taught free from religious baggage. Amazing teachers, strong team of employees who have fun and bond together. Excellent co workers who have fun at work and after work together.

      Inconvénients

      HR department is understaffed and rigid. Culture is fear based in many departments. No continued education and departments work in silos. Old school benefits. Benefits and pay not current with culture.

      Avantages

      Very friendly staff members and co workers. The environment is welcoming and the work is great. The pay is adequate.

      Inconvénients

      Wish there were more hours available for employees.

      Avantages

      Loved what I taught. The coworkers were kind and really cared about their students. Many felt "called" to the ministry. They cared more about teaching students than getting a public school salary. The teachers were amazing to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Administration out of touch with what is happening with the parents. The feel the parents are always right and teachers wrong. I was told this on many occasions. Since the parents pay for the school we owe them above and beyond teaching. This was rough to hear. I did not last long in the environment.
