      Nice new offices and atleast office lunch

      Inconvénients

      -Micromanagement from the directors to the pettiest level - Poor pay and no career growth especially for Africans working there -Not allowed to express new ideas without being bashed - Old school kind of thinking and management - Constant demining of staff
