Avantages
Wonderful colleagues that get on really well, that stand by and look after each other. System where you can put forward other staff members and they get entered into a draw to win a gift card each quarter. TOIL system. Longer maternity leave. Fleet vehicles.
Inconvénients
Low pay. Staff promotion/career development is very slow, upper management seem hesitant to promote staff. It’s stated you get a yearly CPD allowance but in my experience this was rarely used, directors seem hesitant to pay for courses even when asked multiple times and even with the yearly allowance. Often extremely stressful and busy with lots of overtime worked and tight deadlines. Too much work and not enough staff to do it. High staff turnaround. High stress levels. Upper management treatment of other staff is bad at times.
If it weren’t for the people I worked with this would be a one star review (or zero stars if that were possible)
