They don't even listen or understand what you're saying, no matter how clear you make it sounds. - If you're being unlucky and trapped in a "wrong" department, you have to submit to a place where they force you to do morning gymnastic stuffs in japanese - an irony in a company that claims they are "global". - They will not bat an eye when many of Japanese merchants being racist to you because you're not a Japanese. Trust me, the salary doesn't pay the mental damage. - It's a no-surprise that suddenly your working hour changed from 9:30 to 9:00, and suddenly 8:30 and then 8:00. Otherwise you're seen as not contributing to the company and need to hand in your resignation. - Managers around you will be "unconsciously" criticised foreigners in front of you. Lack of understanding of global talents, and still shock that foreigners take holiday on Christmas.
