Avantages

Good working conditions at first sight, but so many challenges. Working with students is irreplaceable experience

Inconvénients

Extremely bad and incompetent management (Academic, HR, General). A lots of politics, you can get fired in a matter of seconds if somebody doesn't like your face (case with many of my colleagues. Academic director got this position in a very suspicious way without having any teaching experience prior to that one (even though in her biography is stated differently). People are constantly threatened, manipulated and asked to do secretary jobs on daily basis. And yes, if they want to get rid of employers the management will make sure to scare them and to take the most possible money from their salary. It happened in ALL cases. It doesn't matter if people are getting fired or they resign. Don't count on your last salary! Moreover, the salary is very low comparing to the daily amount of stress at work. In 2 years working there I don't know that anybody was satisfied. Just find yourself another job!!

Avantages

u decide how to manage your work and timelime to finish, will reward abit if make a difference to the company

Inconvénients

weak in HR policies (14 AL+MC, IHP below $35 cap), sudden implement of aws with claw back clause, leave is based on monthly earned, dun trust HR for any bonus, high turnover, some dept not helpful to share info, those recruited r not as experience w no communication skill, end up last min work n keep push blame n point finger that its not ur duty. Duty not define clear, end up do other dept job cos they r not experience.micromanagers r common, some dept doing dinosaur age work, compulsory watapp msgs go beyond work week/hours, info flying everywhere n hard to gather.
