      Good salary structure. Supportive peers. Good work culture Good manager Fix shift timing not rotation

      Inconvénients

      Micro level management with tools. This profile required on call customer support. Have to work based on Calabrio tool provided times and breaks. Frequently changes in policy. Earlier we have 1 hrs of lunch break now they have reduced it 30 min which is not good .
