      Good compensation. Flex time. Lax dress-code (non-existent). Open to new ideas. Put the company in the employees hands.

      Inconvénients

      Question the employees at every step in the process. Why. Why. Why. You hired me to do this, so let me. Not very stable. High turnover. New management bumping old employees.
