An amazing work environment with very talented colleagues willing to help and support you along the way.
Inconvénients
Salaries could be even better to increase the engagement of the employees avoiding them to leave and go abroad as the company highlights it is harder to get to Rackspace than being accepted to study at Harvard making it full of extremely competent employees. The salary increase is not part of the performance review at the end of the year though.
