Some of the best “networking sessions” happen outside during smoke breaks. * You also get exposure to different personalities and communication styles. Very good preparation for real-world survival skills. * Training is more like “learn as you go”. Sink or swim type. Cannot comment on something that is non-existent like their SOP. Management keep saying there is one but all staff are clueless. Meetings are execution stand, not a time for discussions but to only point fingers. Toxic management through and through, no trust given to new recruits, and they keep wondering why nobody wants to join and high turnover rate.
