      Avantages

      Since leaving my further studies, Racelogic has been my first real job in the working world and I have very much enjoyed my time here. If you enjoy a never-ending cycle of products to test, then this is the place. I have managed to work my way to a reasonable position within my department and I have found that with the right attitude and determination,Racelogic will reward you! I am constantly looking to improve within my job role and get involved with any new opportunities that arise, therefore I am looking forward to what the future will bring within this company.

      Inconvénients

      Reading other reviews on here, it is true to say that if you do not show the right attitude and determination that you want to develop both personally and professionally, you can easily get yourself stuck into a tedious day-to-day cycle. Therefore I would recommend any newcomers to have a plan on what you would like to achieve within your role. Also new products are always coming through the door, therefore be prepared to not have everything working first time and no reason given into why.

      Thank you for the five stars. Hopefully the weekly training we have just put in place will help with product knowledge and technology updates. Please talk to your manager about the frequency of formal or informal reviews and your roadmap for the future.
