      Lavoro in un comparto molto coeso di fronte alle sfide nel mondo della traduzione, un team affiatato e complice.

      Inconvénients

      Stipendio mediamente basso e assenza di benefit, si fa fatica a stare al passo in questi tempi difficili... Spero che capiscano che è importante valorizzare e gratificare i dipendenti cresciuti in azienda.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
