      -everyone is busy, doing day to day, so no scope for skill development -unified management, each department has some different pros and cons - Multiple tools can sometimes be a reason for distraction

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
