Avantages

This was an awesome company to work at for a very long time.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately, the company culture rapidly changed in late 2025. The culture was always no corporate BS, then it changed. It was like they had to make up for all of the years that were great.

Avantages

Historically, the company placed a strong emphasis on work-life balance and employee well-being. The culture was generally collaborative, and teams worked well together despite occasional differences in opinion. There was also a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches, with a continued focus on product development and improvement.

Inconvénients

As the company evolved, some employees felt the culture became more focused on identifying responsibility when issues arose rather than on problem-solving. There was also a perception that flexibility around illness and personal time decreased. Increased management oversight and involvement in day-to-day work may not appeal to employees who prefer a higher degree of autonomy.

Avantages

There are some good people there, and it used to be really awesome before micro-management started.

Inconvénients

The environment has turned toxic. Micro-management across the board from CEO/CTO because there are no middle managers. CEO will come into meetings with AI, ask the AI to find issues, and then ask why developers are being paid what they are. CEO constantly changes directions from week to week, then blames the developers that things aren't being shipped. If you mention it's because the direction has changed he will accuse you of FUD (Tech bro slang for Fear Uncertainty Doubt) or that you are trying to pass the buck. You are constantly put into positions of having to take a blow up just to not get fired. Even that doesn't work. Massive layoffs happening by bringing people into a room all together, firing them without reason, and then moving on. I personally think it's because they are getting the books better for a sale, but who knows. No one is really treated as a human, just as code generators. Slow down even a little bit, and you are toast. Don't worry all that risk comes with 0 equity and under market pay.
