      Avantages

      Colleagues are great, Director is appreciative of his workers and he shows it.

      Inconvénients

      Middle management don’t deal with issues. Don’t care as long as they look good. Micromanaging where they shouldn’t. Pays tolerable. No paid overtime. Only TOIL
