Avantages
Looking back on my six years at RTC-1, I am truly grateful for the experience. Like any journey, there have been ups and downs, but each challenge has contributed to my personal and professional growth. The company provides great opportunities for learning and development, making it a special place for anyone starting their career in the UAE.
One of the things I appreciate most is the relationship I’ve built with the CEO, Dr. Sam Hilton. He’s not just a boss—he’s a mentor and friend who genuinely cares about his team. His guidance has been incredibly helpful, allowing me to navigate challenges and grow as both a professional and a person. This connection, along with the trust and appreciation for my skills and contributions, has made my time at RTC-1 much more rewarding. It has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone. I’ve been given leadership opportunities that have helped me develop, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without that trust, support, and encouragement.
For freshers and even experienced professionals looking to start their careers in recruitment, RTC-1 offers a wonderful blend of support and opportunity. I’m deeply thankful for my time here, and I miss the experiences I had with this company and in the UAE that this journey has brought me.
Inconvénients
Workload Challenges: The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to a heavy workload, which encourages time management and prioritization skills.
Work-Life Balance: The demands of the job can sometimes blur the lines between work and personal life, prompting employees to develop better boundaries and self-care habits.
Feedback Opportunities: While the feedback process may have room for improvement, it opens the door for ongoing discussions that can enhance team dynamics and personal growth.
