Perspective commerciale
Avantages
great brand name recognition. companies readily look to RSA to work on solving security problems. this gets you in the door. The people who work here are nice folks, not a whole lot of primadonas or otherwise pretentious folks. very blue collar work attitude. Great work life balance and great benefits. Great career path and promotion opportunities from within.
Inconvénients
inconsistent brand messaging across the various product lines. Executive initiatives don't match up to individual compensation plans. Company appears to get very little pull-through from EMC, even though they are a division of the parent company. sales force has become very complacent.
