I would like to caution anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate the management structure and leadership culture. During my time at the company, I experienced what I felt was a significant breach of professionalism and confidentiality. A discussion regarding wages and my prior employment history was later shared with another employee without my knowledge. Shortly after, I was terminated from assignment in what was an extremely unprofessional manner, in a public space during lunch, while other conversations were happening around us.
The situation lacked discretion, respect, and basic workplace professionalism. Regardless, my performance was never in question, this was something way more because the other employee was upset his wages did not match.
I would strongly encourage leadership to re-evaluate how internal discussions are handled and how termination conversations are conducted. Workplace culture starts at the top.
