Avantages
Coworkers are nice and you get free snacks.
Inconvénients
The CEO is rude and manipulative. The upper management are afraid to say anything to the CEO and let him get away with being unprofessional. The CEO lies about what’s on his employees offer letters, what products he can provide to potential buyers, and “opportunities” he has available for his employees. The CEO also uses the Christian belief to manipulate his employees who are religious and makes those who aren’t extremely uncomfortable. He hires young recent college grads and vastly under pays them while saying they are “lucky to have a job at his organization”. If you are offered a job in their business department, RUN NOW! The CEO has no respect for individuals in this department and will make you wash the dishes, make coffee, sweep and mop the floors, go and get him lunch, clean his office, and buy snacks on top of doing your assigned tasks and ALL business and office duties. It doesnt matter if you are the head accountant, CFO, head in marketing, etc, you will be treated terribly and forced to complete these tasks. The CEO will also yell at all employees but especially those in this department. In short, he uses the business department as his verbal punching bag. I was in this department as a manager and was yelled at and forced to do tasks that weren’t associated with my degree or offer letter. I have a college degree in a prestigious career role and was still treated like trash because I wasn’t an engineer. There is also no HR department which means none of your concerns will be heard or listened too…not even by upper management (trust me, I tried!). This place is awful and does not respect their employees (especially those in business). Stay away from this place…the HIGH turnover speaks for itself.
